Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.floridaflex.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 
Shipment processing time:
  • Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Some orders my require up to 2-3 business days prior to shipping.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Refer to the estimated transit time chart.
  • Tracking information will be available after order is shipped.
Shipping Rates & Transit Times:
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Shipments shipped via Ground will be handled by FEDEX or UPS to a physical addresses only.
  • No Ground shipments via UPS or FEDEX will be made to P.O. Box addresses or locations outside the US.
  • Contact our office directly for Overnight and special delivery options.
  • Some Residential areas may experience delivery delays.
Transit Times on map are estimated, track your shipment for the accurate delivery time.
Customer Pick up and Local Delivery Options:
  • Customer Pick Up is available thru the website and can be requested at the time of checkout.
  • Local Delivery is available in selected areas of Miami-Dade & Broward, this service is not available thru the website, orders must be called in directly to Customer Service at: 305-512-2222 or email us at: sales@floridaflex.com
