Application

Recommended settings for heat transfer machines:
Temperature: 320°F / 160°C Celsius
Pressure:       Medium/Firm
Dwell Time:    15 seconds
Peel: COLD **after material completely cools down

Instructions

  • Prepare the Art work for direct printing.
  • Screen print the garment with Plastisol foil adhesive. Use Mesh count: 90ct/in and 110ct/in.
  • When printing Automatic: Flood>Print>Flash>Print could be used with an 90ct/in mesh.
  • When printing Manual: Print>Flash>Print with an 110ct/in mesh is suggested.
  • Set your Heat Press to: 320F at 15sec
  • Cut the textile foil to the desired shape and place it face up over the printed screen-print adhesive, (color up).
  • Heat Press foil using the above settings.
  • Once removed from the transfer machine, use a soft cloth to rub the foil lightly to ensure strong adhesion.
  • Wait for transfer to cool down before peeling foil away.
This is a typical transfer process. However it is the customers' responsibility to test the suitability of the respective foil for the field of application they intend it for and under their transferring conditions. Adjust appropriately until desired results are achieved.
