Manual Aluminum Frames 20" x 24" OD

Our Aluminum Frames are constructed with 6063T5 Alloy, each piece is hand cut, welded to insure water tight seal and ground smooth for flatness. Standard Frame profile is: 1-1/2” X 1-1/2” to produce a strong durable frame.
These frames are very light weight and will not bend over time, our stock mesh selection ranges from 40ct thru 355ct.

Automatic Aluminum Frames 23" x 31" OD

Aluminum Tag-less Label Screens - we have 2 available sizes of frames for Tagless Label machines, the tube is 3/4" x 3/4" and come with 230 & 305 mesh.

Frame size available: 9" x 14" and 9" x 20" OD

Aluminum Cap Screens for screen printing on hats with tube size: 1" x 1" and one side 1/4" &

110 & 160 mesh. Frame size: 8.5" x 12" OD

We Re-Stretch Screens

Bring us your tired, old, saggy screens for a face lift. Yes, we re-stretch screens! Don't throw away frames that can be refurbished. Call us for Pricing !
Please remove all residue of inks prior to turning your screen for re-stretching.

Hinge Clamps

Easy to use hinge clamps, constructed from cast aluminum, hold all wood or metal screens from 5/8" to 2" (1.5 to 5 cm) thick. Locking action firmly holds screens in place for positive registration. Sold in set of 2 or 4 Clamps

Screen Coating Holder is a unique device that mounts on a table, allows you to coat screens consistently and at the same angle. The screen angle is preset, so the screen printer just places the screen to be coated into the slot.
