Fluorescent Plastisol Inks are very bright and give your design a spectacular glow. These colors are recommended to be screen-printed directly on white or light colored materials, for darker garments implement a white under-base. Fluorescent colors (also referred to as Neon) These colors will also glow in the presence of black-light.
