Returns & Exchanges
Non-Returnable items:
  • Special mixes & Custom Pantone colors are not returnable.
  • T-Shirt Blanks are not returnable.
  • Transfer Papers, ink Toners & cartridges for inkjet, laser and sublimation printers.
  • Equipment such as Inkjet, Laser & Sublimation Printers are not returnable.
  • New or Used Screen Printing equipment is not returnable.
  • Heat Press units are not returnable.
Returnable items:
  • Stock screen printing inks & supplies, purchased with in 7days.
  • Sticker & HTV Vinyls can be returned or exchanged only in complete yards.
  • All items being returned must be in their original packaging.

    • Customer must obtain a Return Authorization no. prior to the return.
  • Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) freight prepaid and insured for damages.
  • Credit issued will not include original shipping or insurance charges.
  • We reserve the right to not accept a return.
  • All items are subject to a re-stocking fee.
  • In an event of an item damaged during transit:
    • a Damage Claim will be processed with the shipping company and instructions will follow.
  • Florida Flexible reserves the right to not accept a return.
